Probably so!! it's nice and large, but 107..that 3 roomer would have room for privacy too, for those times when you don't want togetherness!! Some of them are likely lived in year around, but most seem more like vacation spots... I was never too happy to have to vacation at the same place every year! so would not want a "vacation" model!! Probably areas that are not cold either!! Here in S. Dak, I would want something a lot more substantial under them, or you wouldn't be able to keep em warm, especially in the winter!

Right on People, It overlooks a lake and would be a very calming and pleasant place to live! Plus...could go fishing often, that would be a big plus too!! I would want a retractable dock!!
