From what I can tell, Dark Falz appeared in every universe in the Phantasy Star series. He wasn't always the final boss, but was pretty much almost always.

I'm following the history of epi 4 an this boss was conected with a character called "Rupika". Saint Million is the form with Rupika and Shambertin is the form without her. And Idola means idol 'cause this mobs are like gods (dark falz is a god allegedly),

Only in PS4, this Dark Falz has no connection to it... It is rumored that every Dark Falz (Dark Force) is part of a race of darkness, as the ancients are part of a race of light... Still, Sega is a bit vague with all this, so I could be wrong... ;-)

The song only plays for bosses that have some connection to famous characters in the game (Rico/Dark Falz, Flowen/Olga Flow), so it'd make sense if 'IDOLA' = Idol... I guess... and I have no idea for this one honestly.

@RioEllington IDOLA has several meanings, if i remember correctly. In greek, it translastes to 'Vision'. I have also read several people say it means 'Holy light', or 'Being from hell.' Others say it was just something nice to add to each boss name to make them sound cooler. Believe what you want to believe.

My first shambertin encounter experience went like this. I was around level 50 on very hard with my great buddy MX-8, some level 150 ramar. I hid in one of the chambers, frantically avoiding those damn spinners while he blasted away at the boss. I ran out in the door way and suddenly got blast cannon'd by the freaking hadouken. He merely did a :) and killed the boss. -a smile.-

This Boss is beyond epic in Episode 4, the thing that makes this boss hard to fight are those stupid spinning blades, there's basically no way of avoiding them.

The Viper is Badass design though

Don't shun me if this is wrong, it's only from what I've heard.

I don't know about Saint Million and Shambertin, but Kondrieu is actually Rupika. I hear that the story is about Rupika being some kind of weapon, and two different groups are trying to obtain or research her power. And that is all I can remember!

Oh, and she also dies after you fight her, from what I hear. PSO always has that little twist at the end. Bittersweet.

ep4 only has 1 boss, but it has 3 variations, the normal one, the rare one and the quest ones, this music represents the quest one.

if pso bb requires a server to play on and since ep4 is an expansion of the game then you can never make an offline game in ep4, you can play solo mode or make your own server, but network is still required so offline doesn't exist.

this is not the rare form, this is played at some quests in ep4, in those quests this enemy apears always, the rare one uses the same music as the normal one.
