You know this show hasmy type of humor and I recognize how clever that in style the jokes and bits they pull really are and all that Jazz but I have truly never laughed  when watching this show...

@delios1990 And I'm not even saying it's not funny because I honestly think in theory it is funny the wierd thing is I never laugh. Their joke are so my style that I think it's almost too predictable and while my brain says it's funny nothing else in me appears to agree which is what i find weird. I know and respect that it is funny to many people. The comedy isn't bad I just don't laugh at it.

@ColinRayko Well, the show isn't aired on Comedy Central. Pereira's tech savvy, and the show tries to stay true to its techy roots, so how funny can nerdy jokes really get? I mainly watch the show for ATN, The Loop, and Kevin & Olivia's awesome ad-libbed banter.

@delios1990 I recognize it's not o comedy central but to say that this show is not a comedy show you've got to be kidding because that all they do. every segment ont he show has a comedic edge to it not to mention the setches they do.

The thing i was saying was I;m their intended audience and I even recognize that a lot of the things they do in theory should make me laugh the problem is that none of it does and it's weird.

@ColinRayko No, it's not a comedy show. They do enough jokes and sketches to keep you entertained, but it doesn't mean it's a comedy show. Do you even remember when G4 was called TechTV? It was straight tech information with little entertainment value. I'm sure TPTB wanted to combine entertainment with tech when they created AOTS. I doubt they said "Hey, let's hire comedians and get a comedy show going and have peoples' guts hurting". So don't feel too bad.

Actually G4 was never called tech TV it was always a separate network. G4 eventually bought techtv. But the main draw to this show other than Olivia is the fusion of comedy and tech news. It's not a tech show int he same vein that the daily show is not a news show. sure you can get the news from the daily show but the comedy is the key to keeping people entertained. and that's the same mindset with AOTS without the comedy nobody would watch this show.
