  • I understand watching your whole town going up in flames, you can't really think straight. But they could have at least used the megaphone equipped on their cruiser? Anyways great job by this RCMP detachment under stress.

  • I remember at one in the morning. Everyone in our parking lot drinking warm beer because f the outage, Whilst cars exploding and people screaming a few blocks down. My house didn't burn, but My grandmothher's did. Every picture, video, Of my dad when he was youg coupled with a grandpa I loved to death's ashes. Anyone, who hates this. I'm not a person for people deserving to die. But them, They are evil people.

  • the detachment didn't burn down. the prisoner's were fine either way. she did a great job while surrounded by chaos. well done.

  • That lady she actually remembered all the people who were stuck in jail and went and got them out.

  • My House Was right behind Tags

  • @TheAwesomeCanadian my house was by the RCMP building

  • i can understand where this officer is coming from... she's trying to get people to hurry the hell up and drive it like they stole it. But the thing is, most people slow down when they see a cop car with lights on because they want information, think they will be getting instructions, etc. When the instructions are STEP ON IT! And then of course the cops have to stand there with the fire coming right towards them and they're just as scared shitless as everyone else is, wondering WTF is going on.

  • I having been one of the ones, who was stuck in the traffic jams trying to get out of the Southeast. Wondering if we had to leave the vehicle to avoid burning in the fire.I Have to agree with that there was no evacuation! The traffic jams and slow moving traffic had allot of people wondering our fates. I was almost to late getting out, as the radio said Slave Lake is on high alert and to stay tuned as to being evacuated. Then the radio died!! Shortly after thank god we left on our own accord.

  • that store and across burnt a few minutes later......We had no warning, and YEAh I would have fucking panicked like that too, trying to get people the fuck out....Do you not see the smoke and hear the fire crackling you fucker

  • ok ok calm down

  • lol fat bitch

  • lol this is why women are not suited for those kinds of tasks. first of all, men are more biologically built to function in high stress situations through natural selection back in the cave man times, secondly on average men are twice as strong as women so they can lift heavy things and move around better in heavy firefighting gear, and lastly men are on average 5% smarter than women, it's pretty obvious why that's important

but no, women insist on "equal rights", they wanna be just like men.

  • @killer2611 You know what that women saved all the people in the jail because all the other cops forgot about them. She remembered them so she saved 6 lives that day, I'd say shes a hero for going back into the fire to save those people. So maybe you shouldnt your big ass mouth until you know all the facts.

  • Thanks for the lovely comments guys. I work at an air tanker base with water bombers, and on the side I am a volunteer firefighter and an EMR. My whole life is built around emergencies and high stress situations and keeping composure.

Sorry you guys took offense to my comment. Keep it classy.

  • my friends dad owns tags... O.O

  • So she's shouting hurry up and move it. Can't see anything wrong with that. Yes she sounds extremely stressed but remember that is her town she is watching go up in flames. Let's not forget that the RCMP executed the biggest evacuation in AB history, with very little notice, and no one lost their lives.

  • @mycandydoggie - The RCMP most certainly DID NOT execute the evacuation in Slave Lake, they may have assisted but I can tell you first hand..When I left my home on the SE side of Slave Lake I DID NOT see ONE RCMP vehicle directing traffic and not ONE RCMP or Fire Dept. Vehicle instructed anyone on my street to evacuate. WE left when the street across from us started burning! PERHAPS one day the MEDIA will post the truth.

  • @mycandydoggie Very little they had no notice. All the cops were out of town evacuating people when they got a call on the radio that the town was on fire and there were already houses burning down.

  • @ClarKent33 Shut the fuck up!

  • Perhaps she had just seen her home go up in flames. Who knows, but when in a position as she you cannot have melt downs like that.

  • @ClarKent33 are you from town? apparently not or you wouldnt have made this stupid comment. i was in that line up of vehicles being directed through there. at this point the homes were on fire! This was the only way out of that part of town. yes she was paniced and trying to get people out of the area before people lost their lives. things got hectic but no one lost their lives or got hurt.

  • Thanks for posting !!! This video makes me sick...If I'd of been in one of the vehicles she was yelling at I'd of had my arm out the window saluting her ONE finger style. and to think I was sitting in my house 1 block away and had NO idea they were evacuating the S.E.!!

  • shes doing her job to get people in a safe place but at the same time i dont think she should of been yelling only because people cant hear her threw the wind and all the sounds around lol

  • best video of the panic in the evacuation. thank you for capturing this.
