That is an insanely beautiful guitar for sure. And it looks like it has a master volume knob just under the pickguard as well. Beautiful flame top... must be a custom shop 336.

Jack Pearson is an insanely amazing guitarist. I saw him a bunch with the Allmans and even saw him fill in for Warren Haynes one night with the ABB in Toronto when Derek was with them. Insane good show.

Standard tuning is E B G D A E starting from the high string.

Open E is E B G# E B E.

At the end he tuned E B G# D A E. Everything is standard except the G string which he tuned a half step up. I hope that helps.
