No, it was not with the cameras mic. As for the 7D I don't know if they have different versions.

@DaSpotStudios The sound was recorded on a Korg D888 8 channle recording studio with Sennheiser 100 g2 wireless lavs with ME2 mics and synced to the camera sound in post.
