Textual Criticism is a PSEUDO-Science. The Masoretic Text and the Textus Receptus is the pure Word of God. The Nestle-Aland text is corrupt. Don't believe this joker, who want's to convince you, that John 7:53-8:11 doesn't belong in the bible.
How do you know the Textus Receptus is pure? How do you know that the Textus Receptus doesn't have ADDITIONS, rather than the NU and Alexandrian texts having omissions?
@cherubimX the part of the woman cought in adultery does not occur in the oldest, and therefore best, and most reliable manuscripts of the NT. if you would read the books of Bart Ehrman, you would know that by now.
Is it upto them to change the bible as they like ? is it up to them to keep things and take out things as their hearts desire ?!! that's wierd and creepy .. !!
Quraan indeed is the most reliable source HISTORICALLY.
and ofcourse when it comes to faith every body believes in the authenticity of their texts.
Preservation of Quraan has been one of the best examples of all times.
it was revealed in a course of 23 years little by little and was memorized/written down and on top of that was recited over and over by muslims in daily prayers. before the death of Muhammed(pbuh) Gabriel made him recite it twice.
The Quran says that Jesus wasn't crucified when in fact the apostles who lived with Him saw Him crucified and He rose again the third day. Peter himself says that "we were eyewitnesses". That is an inconsistency in the Quran.
You broke God's Law (the Ten Commandments), God became a man and paid our fine on the cross so that if you put your faith and trust in Jesus and if you repent of your sins, you will go to heaven and God will give u a new heart with new desires. And Christ is the ONLY way.
@creationcenterTV Why wouldn't this be an inconsistency in the Bible? Because you presume the Bible is always correct, even though you don't know if it is or not?
@creationcenterTV there have never been witnesses sir, the bible itself says that when the hard time came upon Jesus they ALL Fled. The keyword is ALL A.L.L. And the bible is very clear about this. The thing about Jesus being crucified was a hearsay, they had HEARD that Jesus was crucified from someone. They were never eye witnesses.
@MatrixOfDynamism Nicodemus, although he was not an apostle, was there to witness the crucifixion, and he was one of the two who buried Jesus in the tomb. Nicodemus was a convert, and i have no problem with him telling what he saw to the apostles. That's how the witnessing system on earth works, even in real time.
John 7:53-8:1-11 is not genuine? This statement is not only misleading it is absolutely ignorant of the facts. John 7:53-8:1-11, is absolutley genuinely from the Holy Ghost. Dean Burgon recorded that it is seen in ...ninetynine
out of every hundred... cursives copies. Jerome (A.D. 385),Ambrose(374),Augustine(396), along with many other witnesses, and latin manuscripts, & ancient versions testify to the authenticity of the passage. Stick to the KJV. These modern Bibles pervert God's Word.

Very sad to see manuscripts like Sinaiticus and Vaticanus have such a strong influence, for it only just causes problems for the Christian faith.
