VPRO is a dutchTV broadcasting company and they used the intro for many many years for their newsprogramm and introductions.

Still i would remember a similar melody when i was a wee opened minded soul cos the telly was left on all night ,yet as soon as it started to broadcast again this sort of melody played....! very strange.Thats the poison of the media to control our thoughts.ALWAYS.lol just a thought..lol
