I'm not even haitian but i'm a HUGE fan of haitian food, i'm sure i will be accurate on this one;
1. macaroni gratin
2. Cabrit
3. riz djon djon
4. Dinde
5. Riz Colé
6. Griot
7. poulet en sauce
8. Salad (pretty obvious)
it seems to be corn instead of pois france in the djon djon... or perhaps both ?? First time i see corn in there, but it might not be a bad idea actually ! The only thing missing is the Lambi and riz blanc sauce pois, bananne bouilli and bananne pesé. I'm hungry now GJ !
@greenlordd: We definitely had Conch :-) it was hidden lol... If you just leave on the table, it would be gone!!! We wanted to make sure that everyone got a taste of it lol...
