The left wall is shorter than the opposite right wall- the ceiling is lower at the left side of the room than on the right. The brain makes a logical assumption that the room is a normal one where the walls are the same heights and the ceiling is level hence the kids height seem to change as they cross the room. I think I saw something like this on National Geographic Channel....really cool...

probablemente los ultimos cuadrados del final son mas largos (no son cuadrados, son rectangulos) y cada vez mas largos mientras mas a la derecha se avanza, pero desde aca dan la sensacion de que son cuadrados. La ilusion debe ser que la pared del fondo es oblicua y el niño de abajo esta muy lejos (el de arriba esta mas cerca de la camara), y acercandose por esta pared oblicua da la sensacion de que creciera, pero en verdad se viene acercando a la camara. Algo asi debe ser, quiza. Saludos!!

Haha, this looks so real. It's called the Ame's room. When looked above, it's shaped like a square, but the upper-right corner is stretched upwards, so the right corner in the video is further away than the left corner Also, the roof is slanted upwards. In the opposite wall is a peephole where the audience can watch the people in the room. That peephole is the position where the camera is.
