    ago and didnt really have any issues as far

    as it goes. I never had a weight problem

    but my stomach has always been an issue.

    But after a few weeks on its program, I always

    see results. Overall,If you'll take it on your

    daily routine workout then you'll get fast results.

  • @xMissdiorcherie Well I did it around 2 or 3 times each night for a month but it really depends on the individual really I'm sure if you do it around that much every night without missing it you'll definitely lose the weight you want too :)

  • @bubbleybubble123 well its suppose to burn "hurt". if you dont feel the burn "hurt" then theres no point on doing the exercise. the point on doing exercise is that your suppose to feel everything, in this case feel the burn "hurt".

  • Pilates is probably the most fun I've ever had in the gym setting. I did reformer for a year, do it that long and become dedicated to it and you'll be surprised at how much your body changes.

  • If you have knee problems, how can you change the 3rd exercise?

  • @MELINANOTIS Are you talking about criss cross? Just leave you feet on the floor, legs bent, and work opposite shoulder to opposite knee. No need to move the legs and you're still working the abs effectively.
