I just got this game so wat exactly does ninja dog mode actually do?

Ninja Dog is just an easier mode of the game. You do a lot more damage and take a lot less, you also get more free health and ninpo items.

how do u unlock ninja dog? must unlock master ninja than can unlock ah?

You have to die 3 times in the first chapter on normal mode.
