Shoots smoother, and quieter. Less efficient, feels different in the hands.

Both high end. I'd take a DM9 though.

Do autococker barrels fit dye matrix guns? This one person said it did. For example:- If I buy an autococker freak back will it fit a dye dm9? I was wanting to do that if it did please someone respond

Operating pressure on the DM9 is 145psi, so it will run with a lo-pressure tank reg.

Just make sure the tank has a reg with high flow or you may have shoot down. I'd recommend Crossfire or Myth Air.

my Pm7 is capable of 31 bps with a virtue board, virtue eyes, and A TECH T L7 bolt with a Proto Back and an ultralight front barrel..no need to spend that much money for a DM9. LMAO but i have to say it sounds pretty efficient. my gun is horrible on efficiency. Plus y gun is soooo quite, probably right up there with this gunn. but i know people are going to argue against me. the dm9 has like no kick and i am sure is much more reliable.

the reason peaople would spend so much money on this is the low pressure reg.

my pmr shoots AMAZING but not as soft and quite as this because all DM guns have a low pressure reg pm only ocme with a high pressure DMs have both

dms of any year are generally high maintainance but as long as you take care of them they shoot AMAZING!

timmys are nice but depending on the year can be really heavy. if i were to get anything from bob long it would be a vice. (they look sick, they shoot sick, and they are really light and reliable.)

they dont have a patent to make a poppet valve gun unlike eclipse who has always had the patent but never introduced a spool until this year the geo, the Dm10 or the DMX is %99.9 percent to be a spool valve, however dye is introducing a series like the sl's for egos. But other than that we have no clue as of now because the nt9 is coming out soon.

p.e does not own the patent for poppets spyder makes poppets the new impulse is a poppet and actually dangerous power owns the patent on the dump valve technology used in the geo its used in the g3 and the revi and dp also owns the patent on the clamping feedneck 0.o

and the removable eye pipe is on the M8, the DM9 is lighter, more efficient, and has better detents than the M8. Is it worth 500 bucks more? no. Is it better nontheless? yes

you can't say disregarding the price. the price is the issue, and the topic Lol. when markers are free, you can argue "disregarding the price" till then, theres no disregarding it. the weight difference is so minimal and the consistancy diff between the 2, is little to non-existent.

shot a few of my team mate's DM9, haven't got mine yet ( maybe next year ) The 9s have somewhat higher pitch of sound profile, and it's much quieter than the lower pitched DM8s... The DM9 felt much lighter too !
