yeah, ok, other groups who have hardcore dances (4minute, fx etc) sing live, but that's also because their vocals aren't NEARLY as hard as snsd's. it's one thing to sing a song like i my me mine live while dancing, it's another thing completely to sing ITNW live while dancing. also, yeah, it's advertised as a live concert: every song besides this one is sung live. and from the looks of it, the fans really don't mind that much that snsd is lip-sycing one song. its just you who's whining.
Agree n honestly i My Me Mine or other upbeat songs from other girl groups are nowhere near as vigorous as ITNW, let alone the remix version. The most tiring kind of dance is those that involve lots of jumping. We could see them jumping n running around the stage while carefully paying attention to their position n synchronization so as not to bump into each other. Plus choreo with 9 members is more difficult then 4 or 5. They nailed ITNW live many times just not the remix.
They are only lip syncing because they have to do hard core dancing! Watch others perfs of this song and see that they sing this song really well live!

When I was younger and in high school I was in marching band and we had to memorize music, play it live and march in very tough shows for four songs that were 3-5 min's long. I've been there and done that. If I messed up a step I didn't stop during a show and giggle to the person next to me. The band I was in always did very tough performances and very tough music like Earth, Wind and Fire. We always won in the top three out of a dozen or so bands.

Against popular belief, lip syncing does not necessarily mean you're bad at singing. It could just mean that they are doing some hardcore dance, to which singing on tune, and with a full breath is impossible. I, along with many others, know that SNSD is extremely talented at singing. :]

yeah, ok, other groups who have hardcore dances (4minute, fx etc) sing live, but that's also because their vocals aren't NEARLY as hard as snsd's. it's one thing to sing a song like i my me mine live while dancing, it's another thing completely to sing ITNW live while dancing. also, yeah, it's advertised as a live concert: every song besides this one is sung live. and from the looks of it, the fans really don't mind that much that snsd is lip-sycing one song. its just you who's whining.

Agree n honestly i My Me Mine or other upbeat songs from other girl groups are nowhere near as vigorous as ITNW, let alone the remix version. The most tiring kind of dance is those that involve lots of jumping. We could see them jumping n running around the stage while carefully paying attention to their position n synchronization so as not to bump into each other. Plus choreo with 9 members is more difficult then 4 or 5. They nailed ITNW live many times just not the remix.

for everyone that says they lip sync, if u know anything about snsd this was 2 months after they started their debut. almost all artist lip sync when they debut, after 3 months they started to sing live to into the mew world.

When I was younger and in high school I was in marching band and we had to memorize music, play it live and march in very tough shows for four songs that were 3-5 min's long. I've been there and done that. If I messed up a step I didn't stop during a show and giggle to the person next to me. The band I was in always did very tough performances and very tough music like Earth, Wind and Fire. We always won in the top three out of a dozen or so bands.

(Last time I checked, dancing was performing...please correct me if I'm wrong). Personally, I think it's great that they're stepping out and doing something a little different. It's not like they lipsync every song in every concert, anyway.

@MusikLover483 Yeah it sucks when you know the group is better than that and are talented. Babyvox is an old K-pop group. They started the trend. Look them up here on Youtube. A good number of them have gone on to do other things. One girl has been in drama's (she's the star of "Coffee Prince).

Those are some of my favs. But just type in their name and check out different songs. :) I also love Kan Miyoun. She was in Babyvox and did a solo album. Dunno if she still is singing though. But she's good. Shin Eunjin from the group had a song out called "Oopsy" that was good.

@MusikLover483 No. :( The group broke up I think in 2008? Something like that. They've gone on to do various projects. There was a new group though called Babyvox Rev. They haven't had anything out in a while though.... But they're good too. Strong vocals.

Against popular belief, lip syncing does not necessarily mean you're bad at singing. It could just mean that they are doing some hardcore dance, to which singing on tune, and with a full breath is impossible. I, along with many others, know that SNSD is extremely talented at singing. :]

im a snsd fan as well, but this is definitely a lip sync ,their always lip sync when doin this remix cuz you need like pure energy to dance to this remix.
they usually sing live when doin the original one....and they would use the big mics instead of this small one cuz the big ones louder. also when their singing live , taeyeons eyes usually closes and she bends down abit to hit the high notes at 3:06 but she didnt in this cuz its not live
