That is a very valid point. And you're right about The Joker's intelligence. To quote Stephen King's 'Misery'; "Just because someone's insane, it doesn't mean they're stupid." And perhaps Riddler is cheating the whole, time. (Unless of course, he makes these riddles up by himself, so he'd have to know the answers then. It'd be stupid if he didn't. It'd be like if Georges Lemaitre couldn't understand Hubble's Law.)

Yes, indeed, but so is Bane. Bane is actually a very cunning, and intelligent, character. The only one who managed to break the Batman. If he is portrayed like the way he was in comics, and not the same manner as Schumachers film then you might not be disappointed.

@TubeNet99 this is the pre "hush" story line. the riddler manipulates the batman, his allies, all of the big gotham villains including raz a ghul, nearly gets batman to kill joker until commissioner gorden puts a gun to his head and claims if he murders he will be no differant, gets poison ivy to mind control superman, and informs batman he knows who he is having pushed batmans sanity to the imit, he forgets the identity later due to amnesia
