Bleed the Sky are mainly metalcore, but the guitar tuning and song structures are influenced by nu metal and groove metal. You can even find some death metal and straight up hardcore in there.

When you're a complete metal nerd for long enough, you start to be able to tell the difference - genres don't really matter at all anyway, I made that comment 2 years ago, my attitude to music has changed a ton since then. If the jams sound awesome to you, just chill out and bang your head, regardless of what sub-genre it's been categorised as!
