The silly thing about this boss/Salazar is that it basically asks for it. For apparently little to no reason, "Salazar" opens up from in his sort of compact cocoon, quite defenceless in so doing as such, basically asking for him/it to get shot-up mercilessly. What a silly boss in that sense alone, really.

And the only time I DID use them was when I went to the bottom and killed those parasite things for more ammo. They actually saved my life based on the fact they had all that ammo and green herbs.

Well damn. I can't believe that's all it took.

What I did was I kept shooting with the blacktail and Mine Darts in his eye and dodging his tentacles. When he finally opened up, I used the blacktail, unloaded 1.5 100 round clips of the TMP, fired the Riot Gun till it ran out, the Semi automatic Sniper rifle, and the Mine darts and Blacktail. Using damn near everything but the grenades.

RE4 was good, but no where near as impacting as the original resident evil on ps1. Resi 5 could have been much better had they stuck to the tribe stages, and not go industrial. There was alot of varied environments but u dont stay long enough to appreciate . moving between environments in the game was supposed to feel seamlessnatural. But the levels felt disconnected, which broke the immersiveness. Resident evil 6 needs to go back to early roots, and bring back shinji mikami as director!
