Sensei McColl in person is kinda intimidating. I only met him at a party but I train with one of his students and the student has done things that are more intense than this video.
Hes actually a very cool and very knowledgeable individual. He may seem intimidating because his standards for students are higher then most other sensei's. I know this because I train under him. Great Sensei!!
