the only downlide i see on the iPod Nano is that u have to be really close up to a TV if you are recording a show or video game, on a 40 inch TV you have to be about 2 ft. away to get the screen to cover all of the image

I think that people that get mad about the camera not being able to take pictures because as long as you get a clear still shot on video, you can freeze that frame in basically any program, or just play the vid full screen and do a screen shot.

You are right, i am still looking forward to it. It has some cool voice features on there that actually speak out the artist's name and song back to you which i really like. I can't help but notice and I think you have a black nano right? if it's black it looks a lot better in your video than it did online. the only color that looked good was blue. Yours looks really good in black.

Yep its a black nano. Its slightly different in this video due to the sunlight falling onto the vid, its changed the colour ever so slightly

I JUST GOT MINE IN THE MAIL JUST NOW! You were right! The thing is awesome!!! The thing was so nice, i almost didn't want to take it out of the package. Even though it doesn't take pictures, the camera is impressivly GREAT! it's sharp! I LOVE IT! OH and you know, i can still use the nano even if it's pluged in the computer. the old one never let me do that while it's charging/syncing. You are right, it's VERY COOL! still want pictures but i am still happy with it :)

OMG WOW! I wouldn't even have noticed until you pointed that out! There is one effect called Kaleido that still moves even when the camera is not moving. Same here man, what made me buy this, the real reason was the camera. omg motion blur is awesome! I'm having the time of my life! I haven't figured it out yet but you think there is a way to mix the effects? Motion blur one minute then switch to another in the same recording?

The clarity of picture are the same... mega pixels dont matter until you attempt to blow up the picture. The nano happens to have a smoother playback rate than the 3gs. Comparing a nano to a 3gs is silly. They are aimed at different targets. Get a nano and you have a 1 time payment fun lil play thing . Get a 3gs and you have a plaything, phone, and a bill to match the price u paid for it.

Actually, if you do more extensive video tests, you'll soon realise that the video quality of the ipod nano 5g outperforms that of the 3GS in low-light conditions. It is far smoother (higher frame rate).

Also, the nano seems to adjust exposure much faster compared to the 3GS. I was quite shocked when i compared the videos from both devices.
