  • New York is not the state to do this!!! Bad asses at the EPA!!

  • Sorry Robb930, when you are able to make a lucid post that we can actually debate, I'll stop deleting your diatribes. Comment with content and I'm glad to have an exchange. LIB is correct, those buildings, asbestos, roofs, walls, foundations and are are gone and vacant.

  • For the record, as an update in January of 2009, all 3 buildings on the property were demo'd, mostly illegally (as the videos show, sorry "no roofs being repaired/replaced" just being removed) until Brooklyn DOB shut them down. The the site demo ran smoother with few complaints. Since the fall of 2007 the site has sat EMPTY. There's progress for you.

  • It would have helped if you would have given the results of the NESHAP testing. I'm not exucusing the lack of proper precautions of their demo work or any lack of permits. Just going on your word that they are abating. Maybe you mention it in your other posts of this job. Other than explaining how you know the asbestos levels it is great to have you looking out for others.
