  • @TheShadowralph they are easy to make, in this video he makes them to sell thats why he didnt say how much quanity you need, you toast the flour he said and shift, if you dont wanna use shorterning then use butter i think is better and he used almond grain i think, but you can use extracts, its just a very dry cookie you can say.. but growing up i remember it was so good :) i hope i have helped you a lil bit lol....

  • olvoron is powdered milk candy, made of flour, sugar butter and powdered milk. The flour is toasted, all the ingredients are mixed and shaped into round or oval-shaped molds. It is believe that making polvoron started during the American occupation to use up the huge amount of powdered milk brought in by the Americans. Polvoron over the years has become one of the most loved sweet Filipino delicacy.

  • It's actually spanish. I'm sorry. The word Polvoron comes from the spanish word; polvo which means powder. You can buy polvoron packaged in spain. It's made with almond meal. Filipino polvoron is a derivative using the many native ingredients found in the philippines
