help me.

when i got an inventory of fish and use knife on them, i fail alot getting offcuts and roe etc...so i dont have enough "baits" for fishing a new full inv...and at some point i have to get new feathers to get an full inv.....does it depend on your cook lvl if you get the roe and offcuts every time?

Very good question.. i'm not 100 % sure. I know you need level 70 to fish sturgeon, which you always recieve a caviar from. So if your not cutting that you are going to recieve less bait each time. Only advice I can give you is take alot of feathers and keep dropping them and picking them up after each inventory of fish.
