  • fucken hippies im calling cartman on you

  • just to clarify the pushups situps routune i had, i did not start doing 25 sets of 25 .... i started doing 10 sets of 10 and every week i would incease it by 1

so week 2 had 11 sets of 11

week three 12 sets of 12.. and so on.

  • @driscollcatholic O wow, ypu are very good, i am just can doing or i dont like exs......but thanks for reply to me, thanks.

  • dam lol i lost 48 pounds in two months like 2 years ago

  • @driscollcatholic and what and how you lost this? Thanks.

  • @2011Queenn i put my body into survival mode... ate like 1000 calories or less per day.,, and was going thru football training.. the pounds were just falling off because there were not enough food calories present to energize my body so started eating away at fat cells.

just make sure if you do this your taking multi vitamins and eating good stuff like fruit vegitables. and you cant forget protein. i would purchase a protein powder called amplify Xl.. and make sure you are also working out too.

  • @driscollcatholic Hi, thank for replay to me, you say i have working out too, do i have to? And for how long? 30 min, or 1 hours? Thanks.

  • @2011Queenn this takes strict strict determination like you just need to start it and stay on it because if you eat more than 1000 for just one day it will throw off the whole cycle and you will not lose weight .. you need to do this for atleast 2 months... also this method will improve your overall health and your body will operate at its potential.

think about it ..its human instinct to hunt so how did we do it back 1000's of years ago? we were genetically programmed with heightened senses

  • @2011Queenn stick to natural foods that didnt reequire human hands to manufacture... veggies fruits.. meat (not breaded or fried or any of that bullshit) just grilled. and for workouts you want to be as intense as possible! 2 hour workouts or 1 hour workouts! including running (not walking) body weight workouts such as pushups and situps pullups and dips... and you cant forget the weightlifting aspect...

  • @2011Queenn because our brain would be so focused on getting food and surviving everthing was heightened , speed hearing strength. now the world is so desenstized all you have to do is go to a supermarket and buy a bag of chips..no more deer chasing for us. but yes to answer your question you do need to workout because you want you body to spend energy that you dont have causing it to eat at your fat cells.. im not saying eat nothing.. just no fast food junk soda etc and no greasy food

  • @2011Queenn just to give you an idea for my workout i did

    25 sets of 25 pushups (625 pushups)

    25 sets of 25 situps (625 situps)

for the pushups and situps i would alternate sets, so id do one set of pushups, then one set of situps right after and id keep alternating until i got to 25 sets for both workouts... i slowly built up to this number... i started with 10 sets of 10 and i would increase

and then i would go to football at night so this was physically demanding running, tackling , etc..

  • I lost 10 pounds in a week just because I didn't like the food at camp lol. But I did still eat.

  • and it's perfect to have a nice bowl of a GLUTEN FREE oatmeal or cereal for breakfast, eaten on its own or with organic rice milk (like Ryza or Natura, not Rice Dream). Don't make your breakfast too short because it's what'll give you energy for the whole day, and you do have the entire day to burn it off.

you burn more calories by eating things like celery than it gives you. combine lemons with garlic and whatever other veggie to make dips for other veggies. combine fruits for fruit dips.

  • anything with caffeine will not help you lose weight, you're trying to detoxify yourself so that your body can work more effectively, and caffeine is an extreme toxin.

if you're really wanting to lose weight, you have to change your lifestyle permanently to a healthy one (preferably vegan with most things raw, while properly educating yourself about raw nutrition, but most ppl will scream at me for saying this, though I did it a year ago and ever since my health is 100% better).

  • I love what you're saying! Raw eating changes everything! I wish more people did it, because doctors just screw your health even more! Well, good luck though to everyone! =-)

  • @intentionalsound thats not exactly a hundred percent true if you are working out caffiene does give you a big boost and energy throughout your workouts...... in 2 months i lost 40 pounds via "survival mode diet" eating less than 1000 calories a day and training for football...

the supplement was called black powder.

  • wheat in bread.

I don't think you should limit fruit to 2 servings per day, it just depends the kinds of fruit you eat. there are some fruits that take more energy to process than they give you, like strawberries, blueberries, etc. they're great antioxidants which help you lose weight.

the highest anti-oxidant is the goji berry. instead of drinking the juice, eat the actual goji berry or blend it yourself and drink it right away, this preserves the nutritional value.

  • you're very right on the no sugary crap and a good multi-vitamin pill.

bread or pasta is ok but it can't be made with anything that has gluten, because gluten is hard to digest. this includes crackers and lots of other stuff too. you'll have to familiarize yourself with gluten-free products. You can buy rice pasta that looks and tastes the same as wheat pasta but it's made with rice so you can digest it easily. Same with bread, though I have never found anything that tastes quite like

  • try ricemilk instead of soy, its wayyyyyyyyyyy better for you and the same price, plus it's easy to find organic stuff for the same price. cheese will make you gain weight and you can't actually get the calcium out of it, but there's loads of calcium in the organic rice milk. look up "raw cashew cheese" to learn how to make your own delicious healthy cheese from a vid I ran across easlier today. I personally don't eat eggs because the health pitfalls outweight the benefits.

  • lol the first guys were at the pistons game

  • i will try

  • that's my too :P been losing a lot.
