  • Isn't that a cabbit?

  • is there actually such thing as a cabbit? If so i really want one so my bunny has a pal lol

  • @SamanthaRose69 Its really a Manx cat. Manx's are known for hopping like a rabbit. Very adorable cats

  • @MillieBoBilly the owner says its a japanese bobtail though. So I guess they hop too :)

  • I don't think I'd ever breed a half rabbit half cat...it's just not supposed to be..

  • this is soo Cute!, he may jsut have a neurological disorder..but there is nothing wrong with that...it is so Cute =D

  • you cut its tail-io off you monster-io. This-a veeedeo sucks

  • haha omg get real I DID NOT CUT OFF HIS TAIL. google his breed "japanese bobtail" and your right this 1st attempt at a video does suck.. him playin fetch and bring it back is way better.

  • Cool video. What kind of camera did you use? Make/Model

  • hey thanks for checking out my video...my camera is a Kodak easy share C613 w/6.2 mp..its the one that comes with a photo dock and rechargeable batteries at walmart.

  • a cat and a rabbit cant have babies. It is impossible do some research

  • its is a cabbit and its sterile it wont ever get prego i also think its illegal to breed them funny u found him in the alley some one must off tried to get ride of him

  • yeah i feed these strays. i saw 1 pawing at this wht ball thru the fence, then the white ball hopped & i was aww no kitty leave the bunny alone..thinking someones pet rabbit got out,but when i got closer i was like oh wow its a kitten.i ask a lady out side smoking do she know this kittens owners and she goes oh "that thing" used to be mine,i gave it to those people,so i went over there to give it to them n they was so cruel, they said the lady gave us a deformed cat,its like retarded

  • where did you actually get this cat it is cute is it a cabbit i think so

  • hi thanks for the comment....you know 3 years ago i saw him hopping in the alley by a dumpster when he was a few weeks old trying to find food on the ground.turns out the neighbor across the street used to have it,but the through him out because they claim he had something wrong with his back legs..which is a messed up reason to put a kitten out on the streets...but i kept him because he is so cool plus he does tricks..and the fact he hops when he does his tricks makes him unique and i like that

  • omg people are so stupid! There is no such thing as a cabbit!!! I have a cat just like this, it is called a manx. The breed has a deffect, causing the cat to have no tail and in some cases they have missing vertebrae in their back, like mine. The worse the condition the more their walking is effected. My cat does the EXACT same thing, walks normal, but hopps when she runs

  • @rachelsl0v3 True, but while with the Manx it's a genetic defect that can lead to serious health problems, with the Japanese Bobtail it isn't. Also, with both breeds, their hinds legs are slightly longer than normal, which is one of the causes of the hop when they run.

  • The only reason its hopping is because it doesn't have a tail, they use their tails for balance, so its all fucked up and confused, that is why it is hopping like a rabbit.

  • a cats gets it balance is with their whiskers,Now with Bunico the difference in length between his front legs and back legs is why he hops, not because he dont have a tail.its the same thing a rabbit does..jumps with the strong back legs, lands on the front and repeatly bringin his back legs forward( a hop) doing that causes him to hop...and in this case its the same thing for my cat...im not saying he has rabbit in him,im just saying that part of him is like one..thanks for the comment

  • Hmm maybe but Ive seen soo many cats even on utube--cats with tails that hop around --Guess this cat does it a lil more cause its tail is chopped off

  • Well my cat has no tail and she walks normally!

  • hmm..well than maybe i was wrng..guess there is no connection with the tail

  • yeah he was born without a tail at all...

  • Cats and rabbits cannot produce viable offspring. Not only are they different species, they are from entirely different orders. Cats are Carnivora, rabbits are Lagomorphs.

The hopping method of locomotion is the result of a genetic mutation often found in the Manx breed, which originates from the Isle of Man.

This mutation is a shortening of the spine. It leads to variation of tail length (From normal to none). The hind legs are also longer than the fore legs. It is not uncommon.

  • yes we know cats and rabbits are not the same species,here...it was meant as a attention grabbing title...

  • is that a cat and rabbit together

  • Oh no,if my cat were a mythical creature i would be rich lol..but there is a lot of interesting reading on "Mythical Cabbits" and for centuries people have made hoax after hoax and wrongful identifactions..but it would be cool to get a dna test and to find out that some mad scientist created a few and mine is a decendant.even thought people say they are not the same specie*(true).there is no proof that no one has ever tried.just like what people said about cloning and now look,so you never know

  • my kitten brandy hops too. we just call her our bunny cat. =)

  • its sooo cute! where can I find one? is he a breed between a cat and a rabbit?
