If you did nothing but drink shakes all the time of course you'd lose weight. You can do the same thing with faster results by doing the water diet. every day, your meals consist of water, a centrum pill, and 6 amino acid pills, 3 in the morning, 2 at lunch, and 1 at dinner (which your dinner is a 1-2 cup salad. The difference is that this is loaded with other crap to make it taste better.

@jheiz2010 Thats funny, but really I dont see anyone making any unrealistic claims here. Its nothing magical you could take any number of meal replacement shakes and better your health. I dont think you are going to find one any better or any cheaper than Visalus, if I did I would be using that instead.
