i have an ibook for sale!! very clean,500mhz,512mb,10gb.new keyboard and an airport usb for wireless internet. runs great,the batter holds a good charge
1- 1/2 hrs but does not come with charger.screen has no dead pixels that i see and there are no scratches.computer reinstalled with tiger so when you turn it on you will get the start up video and can enter the computer in your name.
if you ever have any excessive heat problems with either then you should download fan control software, just do a google search for fan ibook or macbook fan control software. I have it installed on my ibook g4 and i can really crank up the fan. I think you are right about the keyboard acting as an intake because I experience the same thing on my ibook
I have the fan control on my macbook and it works great. im not gonna put it on the ibook cus my parents use it and the battery really sucks to begin with so i dont want to make it worse. im not sure if the keyboard is the intake with the ibook but with the macbook it is.
i dont want the macbook cause i saved alot of money about 1200 and i thought about it i hate laptops but the macbook pro 17'' 8gb ram thats the best laptop

Ouch, you installed Leopard on a G4? I heard it doesn't really play nice with low-spec G4 proecssors...
And one other thing...
How well does Flash run on it? ;)
