Inkscape tutorial: How to create a 'Sunburst Effect'

I was just curious how did you get the bar of colors at the bottom of your workspace?

when i click the star logo on the left toolbar, it only draws stars. how did u get it to draw triangles?

@mrkaplan34 If you click on the star logo on the left toolbar you will see on the toolbar on the top of the screen. There you have to click on the "polygon". Then set the corners on "3" and the job is done.
