  • Can someone tell me where to get a cheap jacket like this from? :(

  • @Crabeh Depends what you consier ceap. If you consider cheap to be under $100 try the store Burlington coat factory (if you have one available, otherwise try their site). I got this particular jacket (one in the vid) from amazon (the website, not the jungle lmao). Also try leatherup. Theyre a badass site, lots of stuff like this and good prices. hope this helps :)

  • @SlicerOfBones Yes, thank you so much!

  • @Crabeh No problem man :P post a vid when yours is done so I can see! If you can that is lol

  • Cool jacket man

  • @thomas41681 Thanks :P

  • did u remove the fabric on the inside before u added the studs on the back?

  • @pinoypower247 Nah, but a lotof pople do. I guess if you wanted to wear it year-round itd be smarter to get the lining out though. I just wear this in the winter and Im good though :)

  • fucking awsome jacket will you check out my stuff? anyone can too

  • @neverbending thanks man :) and sure will :P

  • mines better tbh

  • @gregmaster517 Kool, maybe upload a vid of it? I do enjoy viewing DIY from others.

  • @SlicerOfBones i was just kidding aobut the snobby part nice jacket mine has a red sleeve with studs all over looks sick i think

  • @gregmaster517 No prob, and thanks man. :) and nice, I considered painting entire sleeves on both my jackets but decided against it (no reason specfically, mostly just because I like using paint markers and not actual paint). But Ive seen some jackets where it looks amazing!

  • @SlicerOfBones sounds like itll be good when yer done with it

  • this jacket is bad ass!

  • @noveshmiller Thanks man :) check out my other one, I uploaded a vid of it a few days ago :P

  • nice i cant find studs like those ;c

  • @jessicaxox00 Studsandspikes website > suds section > conical studs > 1/2 silver cone stud. Hope this helps :)

  • @SlicerOfBones awsm thnx ^0^

  • @jessicaxox00 No poblem :) hope whatever youre making comes out nicely :D

  • nice !

  • @thomas41681 Thanks :P

  • what paint you use to paint it? sorry for my bad english i'am chilean

  • @angus4401 No prob man, I used a brand called UNI. They make paint markers that work quite well. Im also in the process of making a new ones and Im using Sharpie Paint Markers which are also very good :)

  • @SlicerOfBones thanks men :D

  • Ruined the jacket.

  • FUCKYEAHAGAINSTALLAUTHORITYISTHEBEST

  • @MrBobbymcBobbers They are quite good arent they? :P

  • @SlicerOfBones yeah theyre fucking amazing, one of the best ska-punk bands ever after against all authority

  • They are quite good arent they? :P

  • niceeeeeeee

  • @LadyMeilin Thanks :P

  • Fucking nice man. But i can see theres still room for more :) you should get into using stencils. try stencilpunks (dot) org.

  • @bornwithclothes Ive considered using more of the empty room, especially since Im not done with this jacket (SILL havent gotten those shoulder spikes!) so you never know :P perhaps if I chage it Ill do a new upload. Plus I plan on doing another jecket around this xmas (probably have a vid of it in january) its gonna have a more goth/deathrock theme though :P

  • @SlicerOfBones well im working on a regular cloth diy jascket. any tips for painting black fabric with white paint?

  • @bornwithclothes Painting fabric? Hmmmm.... Well to start, use fabric markers and not just paint markers lol. Other than that I cant think of much. Maybe get small peices of leather and paint stuff on those then sew them on? I dont know man, Ive never seen a painted cloth jacket lol

  • @SlicerOfBones every time i try to make a patch or shirt or something white ends up gray, orange ends up red, red ends up looking like a ketchup stain, and blue....looks like nothing

  • @bornwithclothes Odd... I watched a vid on here once about making DIY punk patches on fabric using just regular acrylic paint. Supposedly (according the the uploader) the paint didnt fade/wash out. Maybe watch that? I can send you the link if you need it :P

  • @SlicerOfBones sure

  • @SlicerOfBones haha cool story :D

  • I only noticed now that it has Stza's signature on it :D THATS SO AWESOME!!!

  • @TheDistillers101 Fuck yah >:D waited behind like 20 other people after a concert and he signed it for me, though he said I had to trade him the marker for it lmfao. Still so worth it

  • I only noticed now that it has Stza's signature on it :D THATS SO AWESOME!!!

  • Badass, man! This jacket makes some good points haha.

  • @Capz541 Thanks man :)

  • Can someone give me any brands of paint to use? I'm stuck on what paint to use for my jacket.. I know how to stud but not paint lol -.-

  • @MindSeeR666 I used UNI Paint Markers which are oil based paints and they worked fine. Ive heard most acrylic paints work too :P

  • @SlicerOfBones I am so glad someone replied. I am so new to this never done anything like this before and thank you soo much. What do you have to say about elmers pain pens are they any good? Thanks again man you helped me out a lot. I don't know anyone who's into this in real life so I thought i'd ask on here and hope for the best.. Stay punk man..

  • @MindSeeR666 Lmao no prob man, I reply to all my comments :P but yah those sound good, Sharpie also makes paint markers (they make some rare neon colors too that I want to check out). Hell even crayola probably makes some kind of paint marker. What you could do is buy a few individual paint markers and test them on a leather bracelet or something, see what works best. And yah man, stay punk too.

  • nice and simple not overdone I LIKE IT!

  • @0mgwtfbbq21 Lol thanks :) overdoing it was one of my worries tbh. Especially when you have all the supplies sitting in front of you XD but I managed keeping it simple and badass, I love it!

  • Where did you get those metal stud things you have all over the jacket?

  • @VerumBand a website called studsandspikes. If you chck out the description it has the name of the exact studs I used. But theres plenty of other kinds man, those arent the only ones. Hope this helps, good luck :)

  • really nice jacket, look at my

  • That is one fine looking jacket man. This video is getting a thumbs up from me. xD I got a few jacket videos up if you havnt seen em already. If your interested.

  • @Sethmyrrh Nice man, just watched some. Pretty nice jacket yourself (really liked the hidden claw spikes!). Thanks for the thumbs up :)

  • that's hella cool! i'm getting ideas to make my own jacket! yours is one of my faves out of the ones i've seen! i think i'm gonna get a cheapish dickies jacket and do stuff on that... like paint it and stuff.. (i'm on a SUPER tight budget cuz i'm a preteen hahaha) it kinda sucks to be young and wanna do stuff like this without much money. ya know? although i took sharpies and decorated an ENTIRE pair of skinny jeans with band logos and stuff! lol

  • @MCRhasAFireInside Im not trying to be an asshole here, Im actually trying to help you out a bit. If you choose to do one of these dont do bands such as (and I got these from your profile) MCR, BVB, and related bands. Pop punk, post hardcore, metalcore, screamo, ect is only going to A) sellout cultures B) Get you picked on by people who put actual underground bands on their jackets (since this is an underground style of DIY). If you make one of these do bands that are metal/punk/deathrock/goth.

  • @SlicerOfBones your not being a jerk AT ALL! and i would NEVER put bvb and stuff like that on my jacket... screamo is definitely NOT my fave.. i just like a few bands. (post hardcore is better) i like all kinds of genres though (goth deathrock alt punk psychobilly etc) you should check out my playlists in my channel because i have a lot of different bands in there. but thank you for trying to look out for me anyways! BTW do you like jawbreaker? look up the song "boxcar" i dunno if you'd like it.

  • @MCRhasAFireInside Ah, my apologies then. I only scrolled through a few of your favorites. In that case I can make some reccomendations for making a jacket; try checking online (you can buy prepaid cards at gas stations/drug stores/ect thatll work for online purchases). Thats where I found my jacket. Was around $50. But Ive seen cheaper ones. Might help you out if youre low on cash. And Ive never heard of them, Ill have to look into them.

  • Great vid, man. I love your jacket. I also make lots of D.I.Y punk stuff, and I hope to upload a video of the stuff I've made. Although I can't seem to find any cheap leather jackets around. So anyway, great jacket :D

  • @TheDistillers101 Well the one in the video I got online, it was like $50 I think. If youre willing to buy online then I reccomend checking out Amazon, they have a lot of nice jackets fand decent prices :) and kool man, hope to see some of the vids when theyre up!

  • Question, how do you paint your leather jacket?.. As in, like, the name of the band ''The Casualties''.. I tried cartboard 'n graffiti.. But that's kinda cracking right now, so... Any tips ;)?

  • @vlwpictures I used paint markers (brand: UNI). had a pictue of their logo and drew it with a white colored pencil. Its pretty much impossible to see the marks the pencil makes unless youre like an inch away and looking for it so dont worry about messing up and having people see big white mars, lol. Then after youre happy with the writing in pencil go over it with paint marker. Thats what I did and so far no cracking yet :)

  • @SlicerOfBones nice one mate :) 10 hours for a lifetime jacket . i've yet to make mine as i need to find a decent jacket, but you have the same idealism of beleifs on yours that i wanted on mine so nice one (Y)

  • @chazd101 Thanks man :D and good luck with yours. I agree finding a good jackets pretty rough somtimes, I found mine online and someone got it for me for Christmas so it all worked out. Its nice leather lasts so long, love wearing it. And its soo fun to make, like when you start youre not gonna want to stop til youv used all your supplies its addicting. Im actually planning on making a second someday :)

  • @SlicerOfBones haha well i look foward to it mate :D i'll be sure to inform you via video response or what not when i eventually make mine :)

  • @chazd101 Alright, kool :) looking forward to it. If you need tips or anyhng feel free to leave more comments or inbox me :P good luck
