im really confused. i downloaded clips and saved as AVI and i try to bring them into sony vegas. and it shows that i uploaded the clip but i cant drag it to the timeline or do anything with it really.. someone please please help me, that would be awesome! nice vid though. =)

your "loop region" is 0:00, making your video only 0 seconds. Above the timeline there is a yellow thing, where you can drag it to make it longer, making the video as long as you drag that thing.

your video has to be in a WMV format cant be in AVI lol cant see the video in AVI if you put it n WMV you'll be able to see it no probs.

I Had The Same Problem And I Was Told To Download The Morgan Multimedia Codec And The X-Vid Codec.

It Made It Work But I Can't Remember Where To Get The Codecs From, BtJunkie I Think.

if it is saying that it's an invalid format, you have to save it under save movie file.

Under Windows Movie Maker it's automatically there, but I'm not sure for Sony Vegas, I'll let you know when i figure it out! x3

You need to go to "File>Open> then select the vid, and mk sure you have it on 2 channels not 1 or you'll just get sound or vid, not both.

there are "layers" on the timeline, choose the audio layer and press the mute button.

For that... sony vegas can't edit FLV files....

it can edit AVI and WMV and other kind.

Data then on Publish.

There you must register then your video gets

uploaded automatically..

Then click on 'Watch the Video on this website'

or something else...There you can download your finished Video! :D
