@iAreStoopid Right click your volume, go to recording devices, and select "stereo mix" as the default device. This should allow you to record what comes through your speakers on a stream.

version 3.1 just came out. I use the H.264 codec and I also I recommend using the AAC plugin from MainConcept. mp3 sucks at low bitrates :)

There is an AAC plugin for this, I use it to get high quality audio at lower bit rates for my dj broadcasts. mp3 sounds like crap at low bit rates

Not quite sure why, but my FME 2.5 and 3.0 only records at 5 fps or so. It's using like 10% cpu useage or less, even at maxed out bit rate of 2500 everything is choppy I can't figure it out. Using H.264

Cant you stream to your show without using ustreams actual broadcaster? I know with livestream you can use fme to stream right to your live show without using thier actual webcaster. Like me I use Vidblaster to do my production then use adobe to stream it. Like you said in the vid...it already said you were logged in and live when you opened up the webcaster.

Hi yes u can use ustream without there broadcaster. you simply remove the off air bit on the flv file underneath where u enter the rtmp

@ZEROEVILDARKCOOL I signed up with justin.tv and was dissapointed in the features as well. They remotely disabled autoplay in the flash embed code on their servers. Just not cool at all. I choose Ustream now but it cuts out. Just have to do some tweeking like this and forward ports through my router. I was told ustream isn't reliable but I think it just takes some tweeking.

Not that I know of. What you could do is get the music video off YouTube and add it as an overlay but uncheck the video box on ur ustream panel so it only plays the audio.

i would assume so, however I do not have a dazzle capture card, i just input my dv video camera via firewire, or in some cases I have a capture card built right into my pc and i use the component inputs on that and it works. So i think it would work.
