If motorists are going to speed and/or jump red lights, then they deserve to get caught and fined rather than being warned every time. If you've got a problem with it, then the solution is simple - obey the law and the highway code in the first place!!

I'd rather have more red light cameras, and have them hidden, enough so that people won't jump because they have no idea or not if there is a camera there.

If there is, people will still readily jump because they cannot see one.

The point I`m trying to make is that GENUINE road safety projects actually CONTROLS the traffic by WARNING it of exceptional hazzards. There is no warning effect if the signs are missing or hidden, and speeding idiots may jump the lights oblivious to an EXCEPTIONAL dangerous junction.I WANT THE IDIOTS STOPPED, THEY ARE DANGEROUS.I am also annoyed at police vehicles jumping red lights, because in MOST cases the emergency is exagerated and they are on a fun run.

Have you seen my clip `Abuse of Power`?This shows the lack of legal road signs along one stretch of road in Birmingham.They know they can get away with terrible standards because they control the complaints process.

daviehealy29,sorry my friend,NO chance of Justice in Birmingham when the police act in PARTNERSHIP with the courts to achieve revenue targets.I went to court to expect Justice but the CPS refused to call my requested WITNESS(which surely is contempt of the legal process)and Judge Quershi allowed this, plus unsupported evidence, to quash any prospect of a genuine result.Judges,thesedays, must turn a blind eye to justice to acheive promotion and deter appeals.

i would appeal any ticket recieved for that area as the uk road traffic act state's speed limit signs must be placed on each side of the road adjacent to each other which is clearly not the case here
