what does your electrical system consist of?

@imupabove  In this video . 2 Kinetik HC 1800 Batteries for subs amps, Kinetik HC 1400 for front stage & car. Stock 105Amp Alt. 4 gauge all the way around/big three. 12gauge speaker wire.

all getting torn out.

i got all stock electrical. i did the big 3 in 4 gauge. i gain .2 volts reading off my cap. then it goes down to like 14.5-.14.6v. i still get voltage drops and the only thing that dims is my EQ for some reason. time for a new batt or HO alt?

@imupabove 14.x readings are very high and very good. what is your system ? any aftermarket batteries? stock alt?

yea its good but they drop sometimes at 11 on some songs :[. one duralast battery and a stock 70 amp alt. push about 1100 rms total (amps: kicker 750.1 & kicker 350.4)

@imupabove yea even mine drop to 11.9 or so. thats the lowest ill let it go.

id say get a another battery for the back then a bigger alt to keep it charged, also check your battery every day or so to see if its charged. it only takes minutes for your battery to goto 50-60% on a stock alt. and it will stay there to. stock alts barely charge a battery where systems are sucking their juice so fast.
