That was pretty cool...but one thing to remember is that you'll never want to associate your hand with feeding in any way. If you're trying to make the rat move like it were alive to lure the snake, don't let your hand be visible. That really only encourages the snake to bite, because they come to believe that the hand means food...and may think yours is it's next meal. Just something to consider.

When I sold mine 6 years ago she was 23 feet and 145lbs. She was nice but getting to be too much work. She would feed on Rabbits and whole chickens. I sold her to a guy in Montreal who still has her, she must be over 200lbs now

probably 5-7, can grow to 10 ft in 18 months
