  • Phenomenal job, my friend. Keep up the great work!

  • VERY GOOD JOB. THIS IS THE MUSICOLOGIST FROM JAMAICA. I REMEMBER WHEN i HEARD "SWEET STICKY THING" IN 1974 (OR '75), I DIDN'T KNOW THAT IT WAS O.P. BECAUSE THEY HAD THE REP OF BEING A PURELY FUNK BAND "(SKINTIGHT", "FIRE" ETC..) i LIKE YOUR GROOVE. WHAT TYPE OF DRUM IS THAT GUY PLAYING? IS IT JUST A CARTON BOX??

  • Thank you for your comment.

What he is playing is called 'CAJON' (means 'box' in Spanish)

In resent years in Japan, 'CAJON' is very popular because of its compactness.

please read about cajon in wiki ;D

  • @dehdehnlacks Sweet Sticky Thing was from the '75 alblum, "Honey". Very nice tune as the rest of that alblum was, beautiful landmark recording from a hood group!

  • Hes Good,he kind of favors the Dude on the movie Rush Hour

  • Tokyoul Soul! Very nice.

  • Dear Sugimoto-san:

Excellent music, you and your band....I listen to this song sometimes 20 times non-stop while I am in my hotel working during business trips. If you are in the Tokyo area, I hope to come hear you live the next time I am in Japan.
