This is a pretty accurate Spore version of Shen Gaoren - and also a rare sight of when all its legs are intact. I'd really like to see a Spore Shogun Ceanataur sometime, and a Spore Iodrome.

Pretty much. Monster Hunter is a weird game full of weird monsters including this giant creepy hermit crab that looks like a prehistoric version of the tripod ships from War of the Worlds :P

Thanks but you're right, Lao's skull doesn't have a spike :P. It has a sharp point to it on the chin but it's not spike like.

It was hard to recreate the point on Spore since I was basiclly still experimenting with parts (hence the blinking eyes on the skull lol). Hopefully the new Shen will have a more accurate skull :)

I made the claws myself using three fin parts (forgot what they're called) and arranging them to look like claws.

I didn't like the way the default claws looked since they looked to "cute" and chunky XP. Lol, i hope I answered your question :).

Though, now that you mention it, it does kinda look like Monoblos skull except without the giant crest on his head :D.
