English people are funny. You'all act like that because you are angry that you ain't Americans. You don't have the space to ride dirtbikes through cornfields and don't have big enough stores like Walmart like us good folk in the USA. Your country is too tiny and you have no dental care. @destructingparabola Well, I'm not English. Even people from other countries can tell that your comparison doesn't work. I still don't think anti-social behaviour is due to allegedly "not enough space" in the UK. In my view, it's rather the social and political neglect of those teenagers which causes ASB. What's the point in giving them hundreds of acres of "space", but nobody who cares about them? It doesn't solve anything. Besides, the US is not the most peaceful place on earth either IMHO..
@gregapugh124 A beating and a hiding are often two very different things. I think a good hiding is occasionally needed. You can reason or explain things to young children - and children need boundries to be established from a young age or they will go off the rails later on in life. We've seen what a lack of disciplined has done to our kids. I think the current situation speaks for itself.
