  • shit thats just to many reps lol.. listen bro im gonna put a challenge on youtube on squats with BW like this just one tiny differences thats going to make the BW squat game more intersting - a time limit you get 2:30 minutes and in that peroid of time you have to put as many reps as you can, now im not badass in squats myself, but i did get 40 within 2:30 , i just came to a conclusion for squats repouts to be really impressive, gotta have a time limit so tell me what you think bout my idea!

  • No joint pain at all, The muscles are what hurts. It took about 3 days for my legs to recover.

  • @fattymacfatso My knees are terrible and I am worried if I up my squat reps I would get knee problems. I am off running for a while because I got some bad tendon swelling from that last week, but so far squatting has never hurt me (but I have always kept it 10 reps or below).

    You are nice and deep in these though! Very nice. Now to add 10 more lbs to make it an even 200! jajajaja

  • I would like to think that I am pretty balanced in my leg development. Could be wrong. But I honestly could not tell you if my quads are more or less dominant than my glutes/ hams.

    That was great, man! ....no, UNREAL! You have inspired me. Today, weighing in at 152 lbs, I did the following:

    135 lbs. for 75 reps

    155 lbs. for 20 reps

    185 lbs. for 20 reps

    205 lbs. for 20 reps

    225 lbs. for 20 reps

    245 lbs. for 16 reps

    NO WHERE near what YOU did, but I'm working on it!

  • i am sure you wont grow with that, you may do 1 set of high reps, but thats it and not vmore than once a week from my experience

  • his squat form was good except for the buttwink at the bottom, but thats flexibility and not really a technique issue. it would have destroyed his knees if he went to parallel though.
