It is worth knowing that the Z vernier is at zero when the spindle is at the table surface (so you can set a diameter by setting the vernier to a radius then using the tradtional fag paper on a gauge block) and that 6" in the Y is exactly the table rotation axis, so you can bore a hole in one side of your work, spin it round, offset to the other side of 6" and repea

@blyndpew A lot of the noise was from the pulley system. I've sorted that now.

Boring holes in engine we repair and one specific job is to make a transfer box for the Frog.
