Ive done this before and it works like a charm. it takes about 5 or 6 times before you get the help option. Also my card was missing 2 letters scratched off so make sure whatever the number of letters there is suppose to be put them there and guess on the ones missing. Once you do that then enter the card serial number and it will credit you automatically the money to your itunes account. For people that it doesn't work you aren't doing what this video said and what I just said. worked Nov 2/11

Find the Express Lane help section at Apple.com and locate iTunes issues, and go from there, you will find where you can get help on codes. Enter your email, the cards serial number, listed on back of card (not the number that peeled/scratched off, duh) and they will email you back with that card's actual number since they can see that it hasn't ever been activated. Worked for me in about 12 hours. Best help so far. Save the site's link if you can, you'll probably need it again.
