Nobody hates to defend her more than I do because I fear her, but seriously, as a politician myself, I know that when media asks questions, they sometimes confuse people, by using media's own names and concepts. Since the word Bush-doctrine is made up by the media, and politicians most certainly have another name for it, I dont blame Palin for being confused. That there are no PRECISE definitions is not the point. Ask anyone vaguely interested in US foreign politics, any diplomat, any news reporter, any general, and they will know what you mean when you say "Bush doctrine". Namely, pre-emptive war.
