I know he drives in sometimes for those layups but he does the perimeter shots more of the time. He is also gonna be the MVP because he means so much to his team. This dude shoots 20 shots per game and he's a PG that's too much he only avg 24 pts a game while shooting 44%. His stats arent that impressive. How can you possibly say his stats are not impressive when he averages 25 points, 8 assists, 4 1/2 rebounds for a PG. Improved FT and 3PT shooting from last year. Improves scoring by 4, assists by 2, rebounds by 1/2, FT shooting by 7%, and 3PT shooting a whole lot. D Howard is 2nd in MVP voting.

Rose has two allstar type players on his team (despite injury). Bulls are ranked one of the top defensive teams in the league. But its whatever Rose is gonna b/c everybody bought into the hype. @tobylax18 For the Magic, its D-Howard and a whole lot of decent players like Jameer, J-Rich, Turkoglu, and Arenas. A reason people don't talk about Dwight Howard in the MVP voting is because of his defense. Defense doesn't really bring it in to the MVP voting but it has this year. He is not just averaging 2+ blocks, he is averaging 1.2 Stls. Great post defender aswell. But with the defense he has poured in 23 points and 14 rebounds with only 13 shots a game. Imagine if he took about 18. MVP.

Lebron is a closer, the only thing he needs work on is making the last shot. Kobe has played 15 years in the NBA and they go to him everytime because he has proved it so many times, and he could be the best closer in the History of the NBA. If you have shot the most buzzer shots then you have probbably missed the most aswell. I respect Lebron, but I'm just defending Kobe.

@aobb223 what's more important to you: 81 points in 1 game or a higher Points Per 48 minutes? It's cool that Kobe has that milestone but that doesn't prove that he is a better player. And keep in mind the LAKERS won the championships, not just Kobe. The CAVALIERS lost the playoffs, not Lebron. So that doesn't prove that Kobe's better (which is what you are implementing, I assume)
