  • @nova495 Some people are born with bigger lips, a bit out of proportion to the rest of their face. It is more common with people from Africa. Big lips isn't a bad thing. Bigger lips means more area of space for blood compared to an average pair of lips. So it just seem from afar that the person is wearing lipstick.
