I am working on my 30th year with Cytec. Over these years, I have been a faithful employee and love the company. I am proud of my years of service and of the quality products that we have supplied to the Aerospace industry. It is a tragedy that the management that has taken control of the company has ABSOLUTLY no respect for the employees that have made this company successful.
