I'm a triathlete and I can't practice Parkour for it carries a great risk of injury. Besides parkour is not about endurance. But I love watching these videos. It shows the abilities of human body and it inspires me.

@kemalettinificatable I disagree about Parkour not being an endurance sport, what you saw in this video is Freerunning which is more trick based than Parkour. Parkour is simply using the human body to get over, under, through, or around any obstacle that lies in your path as quickly and efficiently as possible. speaking from experience I can tell you that you need muscular endurance to participate in this sport.

Muscular endurance is what you call being able to do 150 push ups, 25 pull ups and so on. Aerobic endurance, on the other hand, is being able to run a marathon under 3 hours, finishing an Ironman event under 10 hour mark. Training for muscular endurance will help vastly for your body condition and endurance but not solely. This is why I called it not an endurance sport. Otherwise, what you're saying is true.
