I had some good times in the 2000s, mostly the early 2000s, but overall that decade was not really good. I see why so many people are nostalgic for the 1980s and 1990s. I don't think it's just the fact that that's when some people grew up, but the fact that a lot of things just suck now. There are downfalls to technology too. At least in the 1990s technology was balanced and we didn't have 1,000 reality shows about unimportant people.

Only 2000s years that sucked for me was 2002 and 2007. 2000 and 2001 had Millionaire 2003 had AI 2 and 03-04 great for sports. 04 had Ken Jennings. 06-09 gave me great years in school. It wasn't perfect. Lots of it sucked but so much of it was grand.

My god, what a terrible decade. Excessive Autotune in music, remake after remake of classic movies, no more cartoons for kids and repetitive plotlines for adults, an economic crash, etc, etc, etc. Fashion was just boring, not that I give a shit about fashion anyways, there were some good movies and music, but they were completely overshadowed by the overproduced shit. The only thing that improved was technology.
