To unlock spinning coin, you must complete *ALL* challenges. (Prestiege, guns, ect.) PS3 has challenge lobbies now, but make sure to pick the right guy to host them. I got scammed by some one named S3pNinDedSh0Ts or something like that!

My friend on XBL ( GT: JORGENx ) had all these challenges done, he had 250 headshots in every gun and he had over 220k kills and 16 million score and he never got anything extra. And he was legit, never boosted anything or hacked anything. Now he quit playing Mw2 on 360 and went to PS3 with a name of JORGEN_7 . Legit legend. Its fucked that you cant get the spinning emblem unless you hack your accout. =/

I just needed the stealth bomber, attack heli and predador i decided not to get them because it would've taken WAY too long, those 3 are the hardest ones luckily im one of the very few people to get in a challenge lobby on the PS3 =)

Guys, you can't get it with challenges. Has nothing to do with it. For all we know, you get it by running in circles around Wasteland with a LMG with your sensitivity on low while you're level 69 12th prestige.
