The reason Al was so successfull back in the 80'-90's was because very few ppl could get their songs out to a mass market and Al had a contract with a record co. Also, CD's and tapes were still being sold for $24 and singles were almost discontinued.He had the market locked, but now he is just doing what everyone else is doing.I'm a fan but I loved his videos almost as much as his songs and now music vids aren't as big as they used to be either. Bottom line, he needs to expand into movies again

I love Weird Al. He introduced me to music.
But i found love for Lady Gaga in this song.She sends a positive message. Most people who reply negatively do not.
Weird Al is one of these people in this case. Many artists have that aspect. But only few send positive messages.
Weird Al is one of the people that dont in a way. He makes fun of everything with no bias. He presents a negative idea. Music is whatever you want it to be.
Music is mostly love, insperation, and respect.

Turns out Gaga didn't even hear the song. Her manager made all the decisions and lied to Al about it. He's admitted it now, and she has heard it and loves it. It WILL be on the album after all. Yay!

And look for his free mp3 download of this song since it isn't going on the album. he could do that anyway under the fair act law but be doesn't work like some artists. He has integrity in music and the way he treats his fellow musicians, well even those with ridiculous outfits and less than stellar talent too.

Guys when his album comes out get it fast and make it sell like crazy. Weird Al is one of the most talented musicians and and song writers ever. His songs that are genre parodies are the best too. He deserves better than a dismissal from Lady GOO GOO GA GA. Support Al.
