  • i really admire sikh people an their discipline i wish i could be as healthy as you guys but i think im kind of hook into bhang ive been smooking 15 years ago everyday

i tried to quit but everytime y go back again

i think my brain its use to it and i cant live without it anyway i love the creator Saat Naam.

  • Idea behind dis iz not copyin wat da whole world iz doin but to think wat way GoD wud av liked u to live...

  • I really really really wish you get Guruka khasla to do video clip on why !! all Punjabis I meet say ssa or sat sri akal ? And not one of them can explain true meaning of the three words

  • @Rachna888 sat sri akal means sat mean true sri mean sromani and akal means god all mighty so put it together( god is true) this is sat sri akal means.

  • I love this guy's videos. not even sikh, but this guy really gets "the message" across. in all his vids. if that makes sense.

  • Gurugha...we miss your wisdom more often...do some topics please on Love, Compassion etc

    Love and Light to you

  • I just love this 'guy' :)

  • Absolutely inspirational and very relevant to myself (specifically in reference to the alcohol). Guruka Singh never fails to deliver in his videos!

  • The reference to 'cutting' is excellent, and really drives the nail home, so to speak.

Salvador Dali, the incredible artist he was, said this

    "I don't take drugs. I am drugs."

Nothing you want is ever found outside yourself. Kundalini meditations in particular evoke a natural high. Experiencing the Radiant Mind Field is what many users/abusers seek, but lack the desire to create it within themselves, to stand "against" their peers, and to Be One with the True Substance of Life and Love.

  • great new site design Sikhnet :D

...and thank you guruka singh, for the advice, at a time when i needed it the most :)

  • :)Loving It

  • Yogi Bhajan taught him well. Guru Singh is always so insightful. He's good

  • great video! "Either that itch can make you a bitch, or that itch can become very rich" :P

  • I really enjoy Guruka Singh's talk. Thank you.

  • this is wonderful. Thank you Guruka

  • But yeah, good video, as always. There's no experience a psychadelic can induce that cant also be induced by deep meditation. The most powerful and illegal psychadelic in the world is DMT, which is a naturally occuring chemical in our brains, its what makes us have dreams at night. So all it does is make you have a dream while you're awake. I've heard it said that meditation is conscious sleep and sleep is unconscious meditation. Im no Sikh so I still smoke weed, but I agree its not a necessity.

  • ROFL I can't believe Guruka said "bitch". I'm not harping, I swear myself, it's just funny hearing someone like him say a word like that. It's like whenever I hear my sweet old christian grandmother curse every now and again, LOL.

  • When someone refers to becoming a 'bitch,' they mean that a person has become a sort of slave. I think by that word he was stating that a drug-taker becomes a slave to drugs.

  • Amazing words of wisdom.

  • people taking lsd are not going to deny internal spirituality and they would not call the eastern spiritual traditions "airy fairy". the psychedelic movement from the 60s was very influenced by eastern mysticism. some great teachers arose from that time. im not saying it was all positive tho

  • This guy rules....

  • i love his videos, they are all so true =)
