There seems to be a lot of debate over it. It's either what Japan called Russia during the Russo-Japanese war. Or It might be the name for japan from the rape of nangking. It translates the same in both languages

It's part of ESP's Artist line of basses and guitars.

You have to look at ESP's Japanese website to find it though.
