I've been an AV customer for a year, great customer service up in til 2 months ago, i was ordering 24MG Melon from them for about 4months, great flavor/throat hit and on sale. but the last bottle i ordered was a completely different color then the bottle i already had and no throat hit with little vapor. i emailed arno, then got 2 free bottles. still the same results, i emailed them back and they didn't believe me even after i offered to pay for shipping so they can see the difference.

I agree for the most part. You forgot to mention battery life however.The joye510 has a shitty battery life of 1-2 hours. I purchased a DSE801 based on your review, and I'm not completely satisfied yet. Still adapting to it, but I've ordered the manual battery for it, which I'll be using to DD, which should fix all my issues with that specific model. Thanks for the reviews. =)

Arno is a good business owner. He makes it impossible to be unsatisfied. Hopefully you were able to get your issue resolved. Chances are that the postal service delayed the process. Arno usually has tracking with his packages, one time my package got stuck in the mail a couple extra days, and I was in your exact same shoes trying to ration what juice I had left.

Hey Arno, just got an order from you today and lemme tell ya, it's like a gift from God. I feel like I haven't been able to function correctly since I ran out of your Coffee. I've tried every Cappuccino out there, and I've only tried one or two other Coffee's, and yours is just the best. The first one I tried I couldn't suck through, it is clogged(might be fixable, I tried blowing through it didn't work though... should I soak in water perhaps?). 2nd atomizer worked perfect and wow does this thing vape good. I vaped for about 2 to 3 hours and the first battery died(heavy vaping, so battery lasted good time)... it blinked about 10 times, I'm gussing to indicate it is low. But now after blinking, it won't light back up at all. I didn't know if there was a timed cut off, or if I just need to charge again and it will work?

I just started using the menthol juice. The menthol is absolutely incredible. It has a huge throat hit, it also has a beautiful smooth cool sensation . It really feels like I'm smoking a real cigarette, just outstanding. I'm a former Marlboro light smoker 2 packs a day. Also the Joye510 is amazing.

I just purchased the Joye 501. I absolutely love this model. The manual switch is not a burden on me, I find it to work very well. I also noticed it has little tiny holes on the threaded area to allow a nice flow of air on the inside, this is real important. I also ordered the menthol juice for the very first time I found that I like the menthol because, you get more of a throat hit from it. Also for the record, Arno is a honest person and he sells a great product, including a reliable man.
